【 Taipei — Dec 21st, 2011 】Ubitus Inc., the leading cloud computing company, today announced its cloud computing technology, Ubitus Transmedia Cloud, on the new trial cloud-based media organizing service, Memory Collection™. This trial will cover NTT DOCOMO subscribers throughout Japan.
Based on Ubitus Transmedia Cloud, Memory Collection™ supports most commonly used codecs including 3GP, MP4, AVI, MOV and AVCHD and so on. Not only can users sort their videos and photos by person, event, date and location, but also with the pre-installed sound effects or songs, those sorted photos and videos can be presented as unique stories and played across different connected devices, such as smartphones, tablet PCs and IPTV.
The trial will run from December 21st 2011 to May 15th 2012. Trial subscribers include service users of DOCOMO FOMA and Xi, as well as device holders of smartphone and tablet with the compatibility of Android 2.1 to 2.3.
